When you need prompt care for concerns that are not true emergencies, Video Visits are an easy and secure option available to you 24/7 without appointment. Video Visits allow you to avoid the delays, inconvenience, and costs of seeking care in urgent care centers and emergency rooms.
Video Visits are offered by high-quality licensed physicians; they can prescribe common medications when appropriate. Video visits don’t replace relationships with your regular doctor but offer convenient care right away. With your permission, notes from your Video Visit are shared with your regular doctor, to ensure care coordination and follow up. A small copay may apply, depending on your insurance.
How to start a Video Visit:
You must be a registered MyCanopyHealth user to use the Video Visit feature. Once you sign in to the MyCanopyHealth, Select “Virtual Visits” from the menu options on the left side. From there, select “Start a Video Visit.”
